Race 10

Race 10, 20 April 2013

For Race 10 the winds were North to North East at 6 to 12 knots, current was weak and air temperature about 38C.  The course was EPMg to FD2 with four laps reduce to two for TCC less the 0.900. Five ADCA boats showed up at start and here are the results:

Anual General Meeting 2013

This year the AGM took place at the Emirate's Palace Marina's office which offers this great view.  Since last year EPM is ADCA's new home and offers a great sailing environment.  This year the committee is recomposed as follows: Emiliano as Commodore, Malcolm as Vice-Commodore, Val as Honorary Secretary, Martyn as Honorary Treasurer, Liz as Social Secretary, Marc as Racing Secretary, Miguel as UAE Sailing representative.  Congratulation's to the new nominees and thanks to Neil who is sailing on a new tack.
The AGM was followed by a BBQ wonderfully organised by Liz and Emiliano making a great evening on EPM's floating pontoon.
